Automated Electronic Background Screenings
- Individuals have the ability to fill out the background screening form online for submission to SSCI.
- All dates are filled in by SSCI with the ability for the region to track the progress of all screenings.
Data transmission no longer necessary
- No more data transfer files.
- Member, team and club information is instantly captured in the system upon entry.
- Monthly membership report compiled using the system with no dates to remember.
Various levels of access within system
- Member – input registration information directly; view and modify personal record information; print individual membership card.
- Club Administrator – view records and verify membership status of club members; email capability; build teams (as granted by region); print membership cards for club members.
- Region Administrator – view and modify membership records; email capability; create clubs and teams; electronically process background screenings; create and track officials’ certifications; view coach certifications.
- Region Officials Administrator – view membership records with the ability to create and modify officials certification records only.
- Staff Administrator (Read Only) – view membership records as a Regional Administrator, without ability to create or modify records.
Optional set up of regional account for credit card payment acceptance within Webpoint
- All transactions are processed using a region specific account.
- Account set up fees will apply through Total Merchant Services (fee discounts increase with volume).
Automated Validations/Verifications
- Unable to add coaches to junior teams with missing requirements (e.g., BG screening).
- Regions have the ability to waiver players if desirable.
- USPS Address verification for all records.
