Referee & Scorer Tests for 2012 season

On the first page, you will be asked your PAVO username and password.  This is NOT to take the exam, this is the information for the USAV/PAVO data base, so is NOT the password listed below.   After entering the information for the data base, you are then asked for your exam password.  While in the data base, please make sure that all contact information is correct, something you should be keeping up to date whenever needed as this is our only means of contacting you.

If you take the exam and do not achieve the minimum score of 90, please contact your regional chairperson for a copy of Exam B.

Your graded answer sheet for either Exam A or B must be sent to Kathy Ferraraccio no later than midnight, EST, on TBD... for you to remain in good standing with the Officials Division for the 2008-09 season.  If you take the exam on-line, the results are automatically sent to her.

USA Volleyball National Scorer Application

The office will inform you and the scorekeeping chair that your application has been received .  Shortly after February 1, you will be notified if have been selected to be a candidate.  At that time, the USAV national application must be completed and mailed back to the office (by a specific date chosen by the scorer chair), along with a check for the candidate fee.  Upon successful completion of the certification requirements, your candidate fee will be reimbursed.  All those that applied, but were not chosen will also be notified.

 

USA Volleyball National Referee Application

The USAV national application can be found on the USA Volleyball website at www.usavolleyball.org in the Rules/officials section.  Then click on the scorer section or the application section.

 

USA Volleyball Junior National Referee Application
