Great Plains Region Refund Policy
If after attending a tryout, a member realizes they cannot begin the season, a refund may be requested by completing a refund request. Requests for refunds must be made by December 31. Requests for refunds after December 31 may be granted, if requested within 30 days of membership activation. Any registered player that has participated in practices is not eligible for a refund even though they were not able to play during the season.
All membership refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $25. (This amount has been paid to USA Volleyball). The maximum amount of a membership refund could be $35. Refunds are sent by check. Please follow the link to the online refund request form for submission and processing.
