Click here for the Great Plains application to become a USA Volleyball National Scorekeeper.  Print the application and mail it by January 1 to:

DeAnn will inform you that she has received your application.  Shortly after January 1, she will notify the candidate(s) of their selection.  At that time, the USAV national application will need to be completed and mailed back to DeAnn (by a specific date chosen by her), along with a check for the candidate fee.  Upon successful completion of the certification requirements, your candidate fee will be reimbursed.  All those that applied, but were not chosen will also be notified.

The USAV national application can be found on the USA Volleyball website at www.usavolleyball.org in the Rules/officials section.  Then click on the scorekeeper section or the application section.

USA Volleyball Junior National Referee Application

Clark will inform you that he has received your application.  Shortly after January 1, he will contact all  candidate(s) about their application.  Once an applicant has been notified they will be a candidate from the Great Plains Region, the USAV Junior National Referee application will need to be completed and mailed back to Clark (by a specific date chosen by him), along with a check for the candidate fee.  Upon successful completion of the certification requirements, your candidate fee will be reimbursed.  All those that applied, but were not chosen will also be notified.
